MODE OF PAYMENTS:
We accept Gcash, Bank transfer and Credit card payments.
SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICIES:
Same day delivery cut off time is 11am. Delivery via Lalamove/Grab courier booking and delivery fee shouldered by customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Please contact us within 24 hours at nutralsalesteam@gmail.com upon receiving your order to report any damaged/incomplete or wrong item. Take photos or videos of the damaged item as proof and attach your receipt/order confirmation.
Damaged items may be replaced with the same product and size, depending on availability. If replacement isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
Our support team is available on weekdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We do not have a physical store but orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Quezon City.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Order cancellations due to change of mind are not allowed. However, you may update details such as your delivery address or contact information. Please contact us at nutrralsalesteam@bgmail.com on the same day you placed your order so we can make the adjustments before shipping.
WHEN WILL MY ORDERS BE PROCESSED?
Orders will be processes as soon as the payment is confirmed. You will receive an email from our team for confirmation.
